And here's a story from today's New York Times, coincidentally enough, about the essay exam to get into Oxford and a move to change it. A lot of History Boys echoes...Is it perverse of me that I want to give such an exam to next year's students?
 
 
Check out the schedule and assignments for the rest of the year that I just posted on the main page. I know that everyone's schedule get a little loose from here on out, but the Catcher assignment and the senior paper are the two major remaining grades for seniors (the juniors don't have the senior paper, but will have a college essay and a Gatsby essay).

If you're not going to be here, let me know. I do expect you to come to class unless you have a valid reason for being somewhere else.
